Respondent Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on the sale deed dated 02.08.2020 bearing registration No.503 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Registrar, Kalambur and consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.11.2022 and stipulated time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner on the sale deed dated 02.08.2020 bearing registration No.503 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Registrar, 1 / 4

Kalambur and consider the petitioner's representations dated 28.11.2022 within the stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. In respect of the properties covered under the registered document at the Sub Registrar Office, Kalambur the petitioner seeks patta from the respondent and has made representations, the last one on 28.11.2022 and in order to consider the same, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

4. Learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.11.2022 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and having regard to the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. 2 / 4

"That there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.11.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
