C.M.P.Nos.3371 and 3372 of 2024 in C.M.A. No.1737 of 2019 and C.M.P.No.5472 of 2019 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., Since the first respondent is already represented by a learned counsel, there was no necessity for the appellant to take steps to serve notice on the first respondent.

Therefore, the order dated 19.12.2023 passed by this Court is hereby recalled. The first respondent who has now attained majority has filed these applications. The learned counsel for the applicant has no objection for allowing these applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Registry is directed to carryout the amendment.

2. Post the matter for arguments in the main appeal on 11.06.2024.
