Despite several opportunities were given to the plaintiff from 23.09.2019, the plaintiff has not chosen to examine its witness. Therefore, to give a final chance, once again post the matter before the learned Additional Master Court for examination of witness on the side of the plaintiff on 25.11.2019, subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Honourable Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madras High Court on or before 25.11.2019.

2. On failure to pay the costs, the plaintiff will lose its right of examination of their witness and the suit will be dismissed.
