This petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners herein as legal heirs of the deceased second appellant Gangabai and rank them as the appellants 4 to 6 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel for the first respondent, who have no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as prayed for.
