This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, wherein and whereby, he requested to remove the Wine Shop No.8830 along with bar located at R.22/7, 2nd Main Road, MMDA, Mathur, Chennai-600 068 to some other place.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. However, the learned standing counsel for the first respondent submitted that the subject matter Wine Shop has been relocated from Door No.22/7, 2nd Main Road, MMDA, Mathur, Chennai-600 068 to another place at Door No.22/4, 2nd Main Road, MMDA, Mathur, Chennai-600 068.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
