J U D G M E N T
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that though the appellant and respondent are living separately, as per the interim order of this Court dated 10.02.2020, the appellant is continuing to pay a sum of Rs.45,000/- per month to the minor children as interim maintenance.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondent submitted that H.M.O.P.No.1061 of 2019 filed
by the respondent was dismissed for default on 20.09.2021 and hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous.
3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant and respondent, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
