ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 24.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It appears that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 24.03.2105 by post to the respondent police. If the respondent police has received the same, they shall refer the complaint to the Social Welfare Officer for enquiry and report, as the complaint has been made by the petitioner against her husband. After receiving the report, the respondent police shall take action in accordance with law.
