2. Today, when these matters were taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioners. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 were present. It seems that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter any further. Hence, these writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
