A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 of IPC, in Crime No.223 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the defacto complainant has paid some amount to the petitioner for getting Government job and the said amount was transferred in favour of the petitioner and the petitioner did not obtain the Government job. Hence, this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and nothing to do with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in the above case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for State would submit that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both counsel and also considering the fact that huge amount was involved in this case which needs detail investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
