This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.31494 of 2024 dated 17.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition daily for 48 days.
