2.Private notice taken to the respondent has been returned as 'Door Locked'. Despite the name of the counsel is printed in the cause-list, there is no representation for the respondent today, which shows that the respondent has got no serious objection in condoning the delay.

3.In view of the above, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
