ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by B.RAJENDRAN, J.) This petition has been brought forth by one B.Gunasekaran, seeking the production of his daughter/detenue G.Revathi, aged 26 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the detenue G.Revathi is present in Court. She voluntarily stated before this Court that she has married the third respondent, viz., K.Moovanthan on 04.06.2015 and she has also produced the Marriage Registration Certificate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
issued by the Government of Tamil Nadu in Marriage Sl.No.171/2015 of Register of Marriages maintained under the Tamil Nadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009, on 11.06.2015 and the same was certified by the Sub-Registrar, Thiruthuraipoondi. She has further stated before this Court that she wants to go only with her husband and she wants to live with him and she has come to Court on her own volition and she has not been illegally detained by any one. The third respondent/husband is also present in Court.

Recording the presence of the parties and recording the fact that the marriage has been solemnised between the detenue and the third respondent on 04.06.2015 at Sirai Meeta Ayyanar Kovil Deevambalpuram Madappuram Thiruthuraipoondi Taluk, Thiruvarur District and the same was registered on 11.06.2015 at Sl.No.171 of 2015 of Register of Marriages maintained under the Tamil Nadu Registration of Marriages Act, 2009, and the same was duly certified by the Sub-Registrar, Thiruthuraipoondi and further, the detenue is aged 26 years, this Court is of the view that the detenue could be set free.
4. The statement of the detenue is recorded and the detenue is set at liberty. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpous Petition is disposed of.
