This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to order for further investigation in C.C.No.6911 of 2007 in FIR Crime No.115 of 2005 pending on the file of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on 13.03.2020, C.C.No.6911 of 2007 was closed and the charge against the accused was ordered to be abated as the accused is dead and a copy of the death certificate with memo was filed before the Court below.

In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition and therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
