When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that after passing of the order, the petitioner transferred the amount to the defacto complainant account on many occasions which comes around Rs.6 lakhs. To that effect he produced the bank statement. He further submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions, as per the earlier order dated 30.01.2023.
