Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.3186/2018/A4, dated 27.01.2020 and the consequential order issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.158/2019/A1, dated 02.05.2023 in so far as the petitioner is concerned and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to continue to pay Special Grade to the petitioner as granted in the post of Record Clerk with consequential and other attendant benefits, including the settlement of retirement benefits in favour of the petitioner. ORDER
These writ petitions have been filed seeking to quash the respective impugned orders, which cancels the special grade pay given to the petitioners and to recover the grade pay paid to these petitioners
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and
perused the materials available on record.
3. All these petitions have been filed for similar prayer, therefore, this Court is inclined to pass a common order.
4. In this regard, this Court had already dealt with a similar issue in W.P.No.1122 of 2020 etc batch., and this Court, by an order dated 23.11.2023, allowed the writ petitions.
5. Therefore, in the light of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1122 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 23.11.2023, these writ petitions are allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
