This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to quash the FIR in Crime No. 10 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.10 of 2022, pending on the file of the first respondent police, has been enquired and the same was closed as 'further action dropped'. The closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedaranyam. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the first respondent.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as
