O R D E R

This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Udumalpet, dated 16.11.2015 in C.M.P.No.7935 of 2015.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are unable to produce a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of blood relatives for the like sum, because of the reason that the blood relatives of the petitioners are not owning any property for such huge amount. Since the said condition could not be complied with, the petitioners have come forward with this petition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(crl.side). 4.Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the blood relatives of the petitioners are not owning any property for the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Udumalpet, in C.M.P.No.7935 of 2015, dated 16.11.2015 that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties of blood relatives for a like sum is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum.

5.This petition is modified to the extent as indicated above and the rest of the conditions imposed on the petitioners shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
