3.Mr.P.Arunkumar, learned counsel for the respondents does not have any serious objection in the allowing the condone delay petition, his only apprehension is that by such petitions, the maintenance amount is not paid and the respondents are suffering.
4.The respondents' contention can be considered at the time of admission of the Revision.
5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
