The petitioners herein apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1)(i) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition ( Amendment) Act, 2024 in Crime No.75 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 15 bottles of brandy bottles. Hence, the case.

3. This Court thrice dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner has 26 previous cases. Now, without any change in circumstances, present petition has been filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 29.01.2026 sma 2/3
