Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021 for measuring and demarcating the lands measuring an extent of 1-19.50 Hectares in S.F.Nos.17/2C, 23/1B3, 22/2A, 24/1B3 of the Kettupatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District with the assistance of the 3rd respondent for fencing.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021 for measuring and demarcating the lands comprised in S.F.Nos.17/2C, 23/1B3, 22/2A, 24/1B3, situated at Kettupatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District to an extent of 1-19.50 hectares and subsequently directing the third respondent to provide necessary police protection at the time of measuring and setting up the fencing to the petitioner's above said property in pursuant of petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
