Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 08.06.2013 against the proceeding of the first respondent with No.Na.Ka.No.410/2012/K3 dated 16.04.2013 consequent to the charge memo with No.Na.Ka.No.410/2012/K3 dated 05.09.2012 based on the representation dated 12.06.2014 by the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.C.D.Sugumar For Respondents : Mrs.A.Shrijayanthi, Special Government Pleader.

O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner for a direction to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 08.06.2013.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, the appeal preferred by the writ petitioner, challenging the order of dismissal, was disposed of by the appellate authority in proceedings dated 19.03.2015.

3. In view of the fact that the said appeal has been disposed of in proceedings dated 19.03.2015, the relief as such https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sought for in the present writ petition became infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
