Claiming title to the property situated at S.No. 82/2B, Muttukadu Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kanchipuram District, admeasuring 7 acre 51 cents, the petitioner made an application to the respondent on 09.10.2015 for issuance of patta in his name. Seeking to expedite the disposal of the said application, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.
