Respondents Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the order dated 05.12.2013, passed by the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Chennai, in I.A.No.1091 of 2012 in AIR No.860 of 2012. For Petitioners : Mr.K.A.Ramakrishnan For Respondents : Mr.Sri Giriprasath (For R1) R2 to R5 given up.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Mr.K.A.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel on record has circulated a letter dated 02.01.2017, to the Registry stating that the parties have entered into a compromise and that a sum of Rs.34,50,000/- has been paid to the Bank under One Time Settlement (OTS), towards full and final settlement. He further submitted that the Bank has also issued the No Due Certificate. On the above submissions, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Mr.Sri Giriprasath, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent bank acknowledged the said submission.

3. Taking note of the above, the instant Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Letter dated 02.01.2017, shall be treated as part of record. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
