The petitioners who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.10.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 22(c), 29(1), 25 of NDPS Act, in crime No.638 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.
2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners were found in illegal possession of 3720 numbers of Nitravet-10 tablets, which quantity is commercial in nature.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the seizure was only from the other co-accused and not from the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) stated that the investigation has not been completed and final report had also not been filed.
