ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to take further action in the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2020 vide CSR.No.11 of 2020 dated 06.01.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2020, enquiry has been conducted and the petitioner's complaint was closed on 07.01.2020.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no intimation has been received by the petitioner with regard to the closure report of his complaint.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation to the petitioner by RPAD within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy which is available under law.
