This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.30 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police.
2.The facts of this case is covered by the reported Judgment of this Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State Rep. by Inspector of Police and another]. Accordingly, the FIR in Crime No.30 of 2018 is hereby quashed and the Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
