ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent relating to Na.Ka.No.5427/A7/2012 dated 12.12.2012 to quash the same and for consequential directions to the respondent to fix the pay of the petitioner in the revised Special Grade Scale of Pay Rs.9300-34800+Plus Grade Pay Rs.4400 with effect from 1.1.2006 as per proposals in Na.Ka.No.242/2011 dated 03.05.2011 of the third respondent and simultaneously to revise on that basis, pensionary benefits of the petitioner and disburse all arrears with interest within a time limit. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has now been complied with by the respondents.
