The limited prayer sought for in the revision petition is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.391 of 2014 within the stipulated time.
2. On a perusal of the adjudication order, it is seen that the written statement has been filed and the suit is posted for trial.
3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Sriperumbudur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.391 of 2014, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
