(Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.TNC.Kaushik, learned Additional Government Pleader, who appears for the respondent, has no objection to the condonation of delay of 288 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

2. That apart, the very same petitioner had filed delay condonation petition in respect of challenge to order dated 10.06.2024 passed in W.P.No.13400 of 2024, connected to the present matter, where the delay was, in fact, more than the delay in the present case, 442 days. That delay has been condoned on reasons similar to the delay in the matter before us.

3. In light of the above, the delay of 288 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 27.02.2026 as an item successive to W.A.No.420 of 2026.
