ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation as per the complaint given by the petitioner and to arrest the accused.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.

It is seen that originally the property belongs to the petitioner. A1 and other accused colluded together and on instructions, A1 impersonated as the petitioner and had executed a sale deed to one Manohari (A2). Coming to know about the fraudulent played by the accused persons, the petitioner had lodged a complaint before the respondent police and a case has been registered the FIR in Crime No.64 of 2018 against the second respondent and others.

Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2018 pending on his file and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
