ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.1404 of 2012.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner an F.I.R in Crime No.1404 of 2012 has been registered under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C and subsequently altered to the offence under Section 302 and 498(A) of IPC. After completion of the investigation in Crime No.1404 of 2012, charge sheet has been filed before the leaned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai and assigned as S.C.No.10 of 2014. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that totally 24 witnesses in this case, in which seven witnesses have been examined and the case is posted for further examination of witnesses on 16.08.2019. 3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
