This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the above appeal.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, notice to the 1st respondent is dispensed with. 3.Mr.J.Chandran, learned counsel who takes notice for the 2nd respondent did not raise any objection in allowing this petition. This Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, this petition is ordered.
4. The Registry is directed to number C.M.A.Sr.No.5864 of 2026, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same in the usual course.
5. It is made clear that the petitioner will not be entitled for any interest for the default period, if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.
