This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.2398 of 2018 pending trial on the file of the Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3.When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
