ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 153 A (1) (b), 294(b), 504 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.24 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stated that the petitioner circulated the whats app audio by abused his party leader in filthy language and threatened him in filthy language . Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the present complaint was altered into SC & ST case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the above the present case is not maintainable in this Court.
