The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that earlier, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.714 of 2017 dated 19.01.2017 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.302 of 2016. But, he had not complied with the said condition within the stipulated time. Since the order was made before 4 years ago, the trial Court had not entertained the petitioner to deposit the amount. Hence, the petitioner had again moved an anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1539 of 2022 which was also ordered on 25.01.2022 with a condition that the petitioner has to deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.302 of 2016 before the concerned Magistrate. He further submitted that the order of this Court dated 25.01.2022 has been complied. However, the trial Court had insisted the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- which was ordered earlier by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.714 of 1/3

2017 dated 19.01.2017. Hence, he prayed to delete the said condition in the earlier order dated 19.01.2017.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and that the reason is justifiable, that he deposited Rs.1,50,000/- in said crime number, the following paragraphs is to be incorporated in the order dated 25.01.2022 as a last paragraph.

''7. The condition imposed vide earlier order dated 19.01.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.714 of 2017 on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.302 of 2016 shall stand deleted.''

5. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary corrections in the order dated 25.01.2022 and issue fresh order copy. 22.04.2022 msrm 2/3
