C.M.P.No.1507 of 2021 is filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Decree in M.C.O.P.No.220 of 2012 dated 10.04.2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the Decree in M.C.O.P.No.220 of 2012 dated 10.04.2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Krishnagiri, for the present and directed to produce a copy of the Decree in M.C.O.P.No.220 of 2012 dated 10.04.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.
