ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint dated 27.10.2021 of the 3rd respondent. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint lodged against the petitioner by the third respondent on 27.10.2021, the first respondent has been continuously harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint received against the petitioner C.No.4221 of 2021 was assigned on 27.10.2021 and the petitioner as well as the third respondent appeared for enquiry and agreed to resolve the issue and based on the same, the complaint has been closed. He further submitted that the petitioner is no more required for enquiry.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
