ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2013 from the file of the 3rd respondent herein and to transfer the same to the 2nd respondent herein.

2.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that after completion of the investigation in Crime No.125 of 2013 charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathy for the offence under Sections 147, 447, 379(NP) of IPC and assigned as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

C.C.No.94 of 2014. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that LW1 has been examined and the case is posted for examination of LW2 to LW15 on 25.07.2019. 3.In view of the above nothing survives in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed.
