As the petitioners herein, in this application, claimed to be the persons similarly situated like the petitioners in W.P.No.24040 of 2012, in all fairness, they ought to have approached this Court by filing an independent writ petition by duly paying requisite Court fees. But, that is not the case in this application.

2. In view of the orders passed in the main writ petitions, in the considered view of this Court, no separate orders need to be passed in this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
