The present application has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of Smt.Latha Gupta, the deceased 9th Defendant.

2. Notice had been served upon the proposed respondents 14 to 17 and their names have also been printed in the cause list.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents 14 to 17 either in person or through a counsel.

4. In such view of the matter, the application in A.No.330 of 2025 in C.S.No.629 of 2018 is allowed. No costs.

5. Necessary amendments shall be carried out on or before 30.04.2025.
