A.No.439 of 2023 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application is filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the purpose of extending the Mandate of the Arbitrator.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Mandate already fixed by this Court got expired.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for the extension of Mandate of the Arbitrator. Further he would submit that extension of one year time may be granted for the completion of Arbitration.

4. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of 1 year for the completion of Arbitration proceedings, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this application is ordered as above.
