JUDGMENT
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed to set aside the order passed in G.O.P.No.204 of 2011, dated 03.08.2011 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
