2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearings and co-operate for the trial without fail.
