J U D G M E N T

This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the order in Crl.Misc.Petition No.7457 of 2019 dated 21.11.2019 passed by Court of Principal Sessions Judge of Cuddalore and to cancel the bail and allowing the appeal.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant/de-facto complainant made a complaint as against the second respondent herein before the first respondent herein. Now, the matter is pending with the Designated Court, Cuddalore and after framing the charges, trial also commenced. Thereafter, the second respondent herein has filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.7457 of 2019 for seeking bail. After enquiry, by an order dated 21.11.2019, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Cuddalore District ordered the bail petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the stage of the case, this criminal appeal is disposed of. However, the Designated Court, Cuddalore, is directed to dispose the Additional Sessions Case in S.C.No.3 of 2020 itself within a period of three months by conducting dayto-day proceedings from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
