Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to further relax the condition in para 4 of the order dated 29.10.2020 passed in the above Crl.M.P.No.6408 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11038 of 2020 in Cr.No.105 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.ABUBUCKER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30. a.m. and 05.30 p.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11038 of 2020, dated 24.08.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11038 of 2020, dated 24.08.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
