O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) While allowing the writ appeal filed by the Co-operative Bank, the Division Bench has granted liberty to the writ petitioner to file an appropriate petition, if he is so advised, by adding proper parties in respect of his previous cause of action.

Since liberty has been granted by the Division Bench, we are not inclined to entertain the review petition. More-so, the writ appeal was disposed of in the year 2008 and the petitioner has not established any error apparent on record, so as to invoke review jurisdiction.
