2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the warrant has been executed by the Receiver; the vehicle has been seized and the same has been handed over to the Applicant.

3. Recording the fact that the vehicle has been seized by the Receiver, this Application is closed. The learned Receiver shall stand discharged.

4. The vehicle shall not be alienated until further orders of this Court or of the Arbitrator or of the Executing Court.
