Common Prayer in WP Nos. 1511 & 1512 of 2013:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, seeking for issue of writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pay arrears of salary due to the petitioner from June 2012 onwards without making any deductions towards LIC Premium payments and continue to pay salary due to the petitioner on a regular basis without any deductions towards LIC Premium payments.
