ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property, morefully

described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's online applications dated 07.08.2024 and 10.12.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. He has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition to prove his ownership. The petitioner had submitted online applications dated 07.08.2024 and 10.12.2025 with the respondents seeking for issuance of patta for the aforesaid property along with the supporting documents. Since the same have not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's applications, as stated supra, are considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire.

5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's applications.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's applications dated 07.08.2024 and 10.12.2025 seeking for issuance of patta in his name for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections of the neighbouring land owners, if any as well as any other third party whom the second respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
