This petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to to quash the FIR in Cr.No.2 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2.Today, Ms.G.Sivakumar, HC-1624, EOW-II, Coimbatore is present before this Court. On instructions, learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Danagopalsamy and 29 others, FIR in Crime No.2 of 2015 was registered and after completing the investigation, a charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore for offences under Section 420 r/w Section 5 of TNPID Act. After charge sheet was filed, more complaints started pouring in and investigation on those complaints are being carried out by the Police.

3.Learned Government Advocate also submitted that the Special Court has not taken the charge sheet on file. 4.Recording the same, this Court directs the Special Court for TNPID Act Cases, Coimbatore to pass appropriate orders in the charge sheet in Crime No.2 of 2015.
